the staff were very approachable and nice. the pool is a perfect size if you vacation with kids. i found the pool very good for my children to play.
one of the reasons i booked was reviews. but here's my honest take. soft drinks were completely flat, that was a letdown. i found this upsetting.

Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service!

I was charmed by the great activities available daily. The entertainment team was fantastic. Christian was an excellent waiter, and I greatly appreciated his attentive service. Fernando Cibernetico and Charlie Brown ensured my needs were met at all times. I recommend requesting them.
The music volume at the main pool was sometimes too loud.

The breakfast buffet provided a lot of choice. It suited everyone. The Italian restaurant was a cool, welcome place for relaxation out of the sun. The buffet restaurant offered a different theme each day. This added welcomed variety.

The hotel location is a few minutes' drive from downtown. The airport is about thirty minutes away. This made travel easy. It is easy to get on boats and jet skis. Vision Oceanos dive shop is in the parking lot.

The room was cleaned every day. This was amazing. It was equipped with coffee making facilities. A free safe was included. This allowed for secure storage. The bed was large and comfortable.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They smiled often and were trustworthy. I was happy with the attention I received. Mariana coordinated the gender reveal event flawlessly. It was a perfect experience.

The pools were wonderful and cleaned well. Plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas were available. There was no mad rush for them. Activities include morning stretches with yoga and pool games. Live music acts play most nights.

fernando and jordan provided excellent poolside service. marta, the concierge, helped us with dinner reservations and excursions. arturo, the doorman, ensured we had what we needed and all staff members were very friendly. i appreciated the extra attention given by the staff. i was like they were really good too ensure i had a great stay.
the beach was a bit shallow, limiting how far you could go into the water.

the hotel features a beach, though it is somewhat shallow and sectioned off by nets. it's easy to book excursions directly from the hotel, streamlining travel plans and simplifying logistics. the hotel is also very clean.

i stayed in a junior suite with comfortable beds and ample pillows. i found the hotel to be compact, so it was easy to find everything. the cleaning was perfect and top class.

staff members were always making an effort to accommodate guests and consistently. the bartenders including jordan, marco, and osvaldo provided the best service. i found the staff to be friendly. this hotel offers a good value.
