Our stay at the resort was quite an experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcomed from the start, thanks to people like Josue and Yarely who really brightened our days. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, but the food left us wanting more variety and flavor. Even though it's located right by the beach, the loud environment could be a downside if you're looking for peace and quiet. Overall, I think it offers great value for a family vacation, but there are some areas that could use improvement.
